Cancellation Policy

How to cancel, pause, or modify your Tgideas subscription or order.

Order Cancellation

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel an order:

Order Status Can I Cancel?
Not yet shipped Contact us immediately at service@tgideas.net. We will do our best to cancel before shipment, but cannot guarantee it due to fast processing times (1–3 business days).
Already shipped The order cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy (90-day satisfaction guarantee).
Already delivered The order cannot be canceled. You may request a return or refund within 90 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Please include your order number in all cancellation requests so we can locate your order quickly.


Subscribe & Save Cancellation

Our Subscribe & Save program delivers your products automatically every 4 weeks at a discounted price. You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time.

How to Cancel or Modify Your Subscription

  • Option 1: Use the subscription management link in your order confirmation email to cancel, pause, skip, or change frequency.
  • Option 2: Email service@tgideas.net with your order number and we will process your request within 24 hours.
  • Option 3: Contact us via Inbox Chat on our website for immediate assistance.

3-Day Cancellation Window

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, your cancellation request must be received at least 3 days before your next scheduled renewal date.

  • You can find your next renewal date in your subscription management portal or in the reminder email we send before each renewal.
  • If you cancel within the 3-day window or after the renewal has been processed, the current shipment cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • However, we will immediately cancel all future renewals upon your request — no further charges will be made.

Enrolled by Mistake?

If you believe you were enrolled in a subscription unintentionally, contact us immediately at service@tgideas.net. We take billing concerns seriously and will review your account within 48 hours. If the subscription was selected in error, we will issue a full refund for the most recent charge and cancel all future renewals.


Other Subscription Options

You don’t have to cancel entirely. You can also:

Pause

Temporarily pause your subscription and resume when you’re ready

Skip

Skip the next delivery without canceling your subscription

Change Frequency

Adjust delivery frequency to match your usage (e.g., every 6 or 8 weeks)

All changes can be made through the subscription management link in your order confirmation email, or by contacting us.


Before Filing a Payment Dispute

If you see a charge you don’t recognize or believe is incorrect, please contact us first before initiating a dispute with your bank. Common reasons include a subscription renewal you may have forgotten about, or a purchase made by a family member. We can resolve most billing concerns within 48 hours — often faster than the bank dispute process. Email service@tgideas.net with your order number.


Common Cancellation Questions

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at service@tgideas.net and we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it under our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Use the subscription management link in your order confirmation email, email service@tgideas.net, or contact us via Inbox Chat. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 3 days before your renewal date.

I was charged for a subscription I didn’t want. What do I do?

Email service@tgideas.net immediately with your order number. If the subscription was selected in error, we will refund the most recent charge in full and cancel future renewals within 48 hours.

Will I be charged again after I cancel my subscription?

No. Once we process your cancellation, all future renewals are stopped immediately and no further charges will be made. You will receive a confirmation email when your subscription has been canceled.

Can I get a refund for a subscription shipment that already shipped?

Subscription orders that have already been shipped cannot be refunded directly through cancellation. However, once you receive the product, you may return it under our 90-day Return & Refund Policy.
