| Taxes & Duties | For international orders, Tgideas ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)—we absorb import duties and taxes on your behalf as a concession to our customers, without inflating product prices. You will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery. Exception: For orders through certain sales channels, applicable state sales tax may be collected at checkout as required by law. |
| International Orders | If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or credit card provider will convert the USD transaction to your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate. Any foreign transaction fees are determined by your financial institution. |
Subscription Billing
If you choose our Subscribe & Save option, here is how recurring billing works:
- Billing Cycle: Your subscription is billed automatically every 4 weeks using the same payment method from your initial order.
- Price Lock: Your subscription price is locked at the rate shown at the time of sign-up.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription within 3 days of each billing cycle. After the 3-day window, the next order will be processed and shipped.
- Manage Anytime: Log in to your account to skip deliveries, change frequency, or cancel your subscription entirely.
- Failed Payments: If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to charge the card again. After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be paused. We will notify you by email so you can update your payment method.

Payment Troubleshooting
If your payment is declined, please check the following:

| Incorrect Card Details | Double-check your card number, expiration date, and CVV code. |
| Card Restrictions | Some banks block international transactions by default. Contact your bank to authorize the charge. |
| Digital Wallet Issues | Make sure your PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay account is verified and linked to a valid funding source. |
| Insufficient Funds | Verify your account has sufficient funds or available credit for the purchase amount. |

Refunds & Chargebacks
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes for the refund to appear in your account:

Regarding Chargebacks
We encourage all customers to contact us first at service@tgideas.net before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can often resolve issues faster than the chargeback process. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in the customer being blocked from future purchases and may be disputed with supporting evidence.
Order Verification & Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and our business, Tgideas may perform order verification on certain transactions. This includes:
- Orders where the billing address and shipping address do not match
- High-value orders or bulk purchases
- Orders flagged by our fraud detection system
- First-time orders from high-risk regions
In such cases, we may contact you by email to verify your identity before processing the order. This may add 1–2 business days to your order processing time. If verification is not completed within 72 hours, the order may be cancelled and the payment refunded.
