At Tgideas, we believe in our products — that's why we offer one of the most generous return windows in the hair care industry. You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. No fine print, no hoops to jump through.

*For opened/used products, the refund amount may be adjusted based on product condition and extent of use. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge restocking fees.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • Your request is made within 90 days of the delivery date.
  • You have your order number or proof of purchase.
  • For unopened returns: the item is in its original, sealed packaging.
  • For opened/used product claims: you can provide a brief description of the issue and photos showing the product and its current condition.

We accept returns on both regular-priced and sale items.


How to Request a Return or Refund

Step 1: Email us at service@tgideas.net with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return/refund
  • Photos of the product (for opened/used items or defective products)

Step 2: We will respond within 48 hours on business days with one of the following:

  • Approval of your refund (with or without return, at our discretion)
  • Return instructions and shipping address
  • A prepaid return label (for defective/wrong items)

Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Step 4: Once your return is received and inspected (or your refund-only request is approved), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item: We cover return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Change of mind / not satisfied: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

We do not charge restocking fees under any circumstances.


International Orders

We ship to 30+ countries worldwide. For international orders:

  • The same 90-day satisfaction guarantee applies to all orders, regardless of destination.
  • For defective or damaged items, we will issue a full refund without requiring the product to be returned — we understand that international return shipping can be costly and inconvenient, and we don't want that to be a barrier to your satisfaction.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the item must be returned to our US warehouse at the customer's expense. Alternatively, you may contact us to discuss other options.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees on both the original order and any returns. These charges are not included in refunds.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. For all other cases, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order — this is the fastest way to get the product you want.

How to Cancel or Modify

  • Use the subscription management link in your order confirmation email.
  • Or email service@tgideas.net with your order number.
  • You can cancel, pause, or change frequency at any time.

Cancellation Window

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation requests must be received at least 3 days before your next scheduled renewal date. You can find your next renewal date in your subscription management portal or in the reminder email we send before each renewal.

If a renewal order has already been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund that particular shipment. However, we will immediately cancel all future renewals upon your request and no further charges will be made.

Unexpected Charges

If you believe you were enrolled in a subscription unintentionally, contact us at service@tgideas.net immediately. We take billing concerns seriously and will review your account within 48 hours. If the subscription was selected in error, we will issue a full refund for the most recent charge and cancel future renewals.


Important Notes

  • All return and refund requests must be initiated by contacting service@tgideas.net before sending any items back. We cannot process returns that arrive without prior authorization.
  • By placing an order on tgideas.net, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
  • Tgideas reserves the right to refuse returns or adjust refund amounts for items that show signs of misuse, are missing original packaging, or where the claim is inconsistent with the evidence provided.
  • This policy applies exclusively to orders placed on tgideas.net. Orders from Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other retailers are subject to those platforms' respective return policies.

Purchase Authorization

All orders on tgideas.net are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout and verified with industry-standard fraud detection systems.

  • By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or that you have obtained the cardholder's explicit permission to use the payment method.
  • Unauthorized use of a credit card, debit card, or other payment method to place an order constitutes fraud and may be reported to the relevant financial institution and law enforcement authorities.
  • We retain transaction records including order details, shipping information, delivery confirmation, and device/IP data for the purpose of order verification and dispute resolution.
  • If you believe an order was placed using your payment method without your authorization, please contact us immediately at service@tgideas.net so we can investigate and assist you. We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute, as we can often resolve the issue faster.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received (or your refund-only request is approved), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Do I have to send the product back to get a refund?

For defective or damaged items, especially international orders, we may waive the return requirement and issue a refund directly. For change-of-mind returns on unopened products, we typically require the item to be returned. Each case is reviewed individually — contact us and we'll find the best solution for you.

I used the product but didn't see results. Can I still get a refund?

Yes, within 90 days. We understand that hair growth takes time and results vary. Contact us with your order number, a description of your experience, and a photo of the remaining product. We will work with you on an appropriate refund based on product condition and usage.

Can I return a product I bought on sale or with a discount code?

Yes. We accept returns on both regular-priced and discounted items. The refund will be based on the amount actually paid.

I was charged for a subscription I didn't want. What do I do?

Email service@tgideas.net immediately with your order number. If the subscription was selected in error, we will refund the most recent charge in full and cancel future renewals. We take billing concerns seriously and aim to resolve them within 48 hours.

How do I cancel my subscription before the next renewal?

You can cancel anytime via the subscription management link in your order confirmation email, or by emailing service@tgideas.net. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, please cancel at least 3 days before your next renewal date. If a renewal order has already shipped, that shipment cannot be refunded, but all future renewals will be stopped immediately.

I don't recognize a charge from Tgideas on my statement. What should I do?

Please contact us at service@tgideas.net before initiating a dispute with your bank. Common reasons include: a subscription renewal you may have forgotten about, a purchase made by a family member using your card, or a delayed charge appearing on your statement. We can quickly verify the order details and resolve the issue directly — this is often faster than a bank dispute process.
