Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Tgideas, we are dedicated to delivering your hair care essentials as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has officially shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Mexico, New Zealand, and most countries in Europe.
To provide the best service, our shipping rates are divided into two zones based on your location:
Zone 1: Key Markets
Countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia.
Zone 2: International (Europe, NZ, MX)
Countries: Mexico, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
Currency Note: All shipping rates listed above are in US Dollars (USD). If you are shopping in a different currency (e.g., GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD), the shipping cost displayed at checkout will be automatically converted based on the daily exchange rate.
(Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or severe weather. Tgideas is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.)
3. Shipping to PO Boxes & APO/FPO
For US Orders: We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) via USPS.

Please allow additional time for delivery to these locations (typically 10-15 business days).

Please ensure your address is entered correctly to avoid any processing delays.
4. International Duties & Taxes
Please be aware that for international orders (outside of the United States), your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches your country.

Tgideas is not responsible for these charges. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can track your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Please contact us at service@tgideas.net immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Tgideas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
