Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship to 30+ countries worldwide. Here’s everything you need to know about your delivery.

Important: All delivery timeframes listed on this page are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, natural disasters, public holidays, local postal service disruptions, and high-volume shipping periods. Tgideas is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party logistics providers once a package has been handed over to the carrier.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays) after your order is confirmed and payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

What Happens During Processing

Our processing time includes essential quality assurance steps to ensure your order arrives correctly and in perfect condition:

  • Verifying your shipping address and postal/ZIP code
  • Inspecting product quality before packaging
  • Secure packaging to prevent damage during transit
  • Generating shipping labels and tracking numbers

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Partial Shipments & Backorders

In rare cases, certain items may be temporarily out of stock or unavailable in your region, which may result in a partial shipment. If this happens:

  • We will ship the available items first so you receive them as soon as possible.
  • The remaining items will be shipped within 7 business days at no additional shipping cost to you.
  • If you prefer not to wait, you may contact us at service@tgideas.net to request a full refund for the unshipped items.

Note: The estimated delivery times shown below are calculated from the date your order is shipped (i.e., the date you receive your Shipment Confirmation email), not from the date you place your order. Please add 1–3 business days of processing time to the estimated delivery windows below for total expected delivery time.

Currency Note: All shipping rates are listed in US Dollars (USD). If you are shopping in a different currency (e.g., GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD), the shipping cost displayed at checkout will be automatically converted based on the daily exchange rate.


Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

Title to and risk of loss for all products purchased from tgideas.net pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number has been generated, Tgideas is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or delay caused by the shipping carrier or any third party during transit.

We strongly recommend that customers track their shipments regularly using the tracking number provided in the Shipment Confirmation email. If your tracking information shows unusual activity or extended delays, please contact us at service@tgideas.net and we will assist you in filing an inquiry with the carrier.


PO Boxes & Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

  • For U.S. orders, we ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) via USPS.
  • Please allow additional delivery time for these locations — typically 10–15 business days or longer depending on the destination.
  • Please ensure your address is entered correctly to avoid processing delays.

Taxes, Duties & Customs

We Pay the Taxes for You

At Tgideas, we absorb all import duties, taxes, and customs fees on your behalf — at no extra cost to you. The prices you see on tgideas.net are the prices you pay. We do not inflate our prices to cover these fees; instead, we choose to bear these costs ourselves so that you enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with no surprise charges upon delivery.

Exception: Shop Channel (U.S. Orders)

If you place an order through the Shop app (a Shopify sales channel) as a U.S. customer shipping to a U.S. address, applicable state and local sales tax may be collected at checkout. This is required by U.S. tax law and is applied automatically by the platform based on your shipping address. The tax amount will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

While we make every effort to ensure that all duties and taxes are prepaid, in rare or exceptional circumstances (such as changes in local customs regulations, re-routing of packages, or shipments to remote areas with special import rules), additional fees may be assessed by your local customs authority upon delivery. If this occurs:

  • Please contact us at service@tgideas.net with a receipt or proof of the charges, and we will review your case and assist you.
  • Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery times listed above.
  • If you refuse a shipment, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

How to Track Your Order

You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your Shipment Confirmation email. We recommend using:

Track Your Order — use our built-in tracking page powered by 17TRACK, supporting all of our shipping carriers worldwide.

Simply enter your tracking number on 17TRACK to view real-time updates on your shipment status, including customs clearance and last-mile delivery.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your Shipment Confirmation email for the tracking information to become active.
  • If your tracking number is not recognized on 17TRACK, or if tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us at service@tgideas.net with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete, including apartment/unit numbers, postal codes, and country selection.

  • If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at service@tgideas.net. We process orders quickly and there is only a small window to make corrections before shipment.
  • Tgideas is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it at the customer’s expense, or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
  • If a package is delivered to the address entered by the customer but the customer claims it was not received, we will provide the delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information for the customer’s own investigation.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Packages Confirmed as Delivered

Tgideas is not responsible for packages that the shipping carrier has confirmed as delivered to the address provided by the customer. In such cases, we will provide the customer with the delivery confirmation date, tracking information, and carrier details to assist with their own investigation. We recommend contacting your local post office or carrier for further assistance.

Packages Lost in Transit

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period and the carrier confirms the package is lost, please contact us at service@tgideas.net. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund at your choice.

Packages Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at service@tgideas.net within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


Subscribe & Save Shipments

If you are enrolled in our Subscribe & Save program, your subscription orders are automatically processed and shipped every 4 weeks. The same shipping rates, delivery estimates, and policies described above apply to subscription shipments.

To cancel or modify your subscription before the next shipment, please do so at least 3 days before your next renewal date. Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. See our Return & Refund Policy for details on subscription cancellations.


Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Tgideas shall not be held liable for any delays in shipment or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping carrier delays, disruptions, or service interruptions
  • Customs and border inspection or clearance delays
  • Severe weather, natural disasters, or other acts of God
  • Public health emergencies, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions
  • National or international holidays and high-volume shipping periods (e.g., Black Friday, holiday season)
  • Labor disputes, strikes, or postal service disruptions in the destination country
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

In such events, delivery may take significantly longer than the estimated timeframes listed above. We encourage customers to contact us if a package has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimate, and we will do our best to assist.


Common Shipping Questions

How long will it take to receive my order?

Total estimated delivery time = processing time (1–3 business days) + estimated shipping time for your region. For example, a U.S. order typically arrives within 6–13 business days from the date of purchase. All delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to 30+ countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and most of Europe. See the delivery tables above for specific countries and estimated timeframes.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking number from your Shipment Confirmation email and enter it on our Track Your Order page, which supports all of our shipping carriers globally. If your tracking number is not recognized or has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us at service@tgideas.net and we will investigate with the carrier.

Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes?

No. Tgideas absorbs all import duties, taxes, and customs fees on your behalf at no extra cost. The prices you see are the prices you pay, with no surprise charges upon delivery. The only exception is orders placed through the Shop app by U.S. customers, where applicable state sales tax may be collected at checkout as required by U.S. law. In rare cases, if local customs authorities impose unexpected charges, contact us with proof and we will assist you.

What happens if part of my order is out of stock?

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will ship the available items first and send the remaining items within 7 business days at no additional shipping cost. If you prefer not to wait, contact us for a full refund on the unshipped items.

My package shows as delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?

First, check with neighbors, household members, or your building management. Also check if the carrier left a notice or delivered to a secure location. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at service@tgideas.net and we will provide all delivery and tracking details for your investigation with the carrier or local post office.
