1. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship internationally? Yes! We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Note: We do not ship to other international destinations at this time.
Q: How much is shipping? We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100 USD (after discounts). For orders under $100, we offer a tiered shipping rate starting from $4.99 - $6.99 depending on your order value. You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
Q: How can I track my order? Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also track your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Q: How will I know that my order was received? An order confirmation screen will appear as the last step in your order process. Shortly after, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number and a summary of your order.
2. Payments
Q: What payment types are accepted? We want to make your checkout easy and secure. We accept:

3. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your exchange and return policy? If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt/order number.

Condition: Items must be in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on overly used products.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping Costs: Shipping and handling fees are not included in refunds (unless the item is defective).
Q: How do I return an item?

Pack your item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include the packing slip inside.

We will provide you with instructions and a return address.

Drop your return package at the carrier location specified in our email.
Q: How long does a refund take? Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and payment refunded to your original form of payment, excluding the cost of return shipping.
4. Product & Ingredients
Q: Are your products safe for color-treated or chemically treated hair? Yes! All Tgideas products are Sulfate-Free and Paraben-Free, making them safe and gentle for color-treated, keratin-treated, and chemically processed hair. We use natural ingredients that nourish without stripping away hair color.
Q: What is Batana Oil and why is it good for hair? Batana Oil is a nutrient-rich oil extracted from the nut of the American Palm tree. It is famous for containing high levels of essential fatty acids and Vitamin E, which help to repair damaged hair, moisturize the scalp, and support stronger, thicker-looking hair growth.
Q: How long does it take to see results? Hair growth is a journey and results can vary. Most customers report seeing a noticeable difference in hair texture and shine within 2-4 weeks. For visible improvements in hair thickness and density, we recommend consistent use for at least 60-90 days.
5. Usage Guide
Q: How do I use the Shampoo for best results? We recommend the "2-Minute Rule":

Apply to wet hair and massage gently into the scalp to create a rich lather.

Leave the foam on your scalp for at least 2 minutes. This allows the active ingredients (Batana Oil, Rosemary, and Zinc PCA) to fully penetrate the hair follicles.

Rinse thoroughly.
Q: Can I use the Conditioning Spray on dry hair? Yes! Our Strengthening Spray is versatile. You can apply it to damp hair after washing as a leave-in treatment, or spray it onto dry hair/scalp daily to refresh and nourish your roots between washes.
6. Order Management
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders very quickly (usually within 24 hours) to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel, please email service@tgideas.net immediately with your order number. While we cannot guarantee changes once the order is packed, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do? Please contact us ASAP! If your package has not yet been handed to the carrier, we can update the address for you. If the package has already shipped, we may not be able to intercept it, but we will help you monitor its status.
