• All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

• Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
• The price charged will be the price in effect at the time you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.
• Unless otherwise stated, posted prices are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
• Prices on tgideas.net may differ from those on Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other third-party platforms.
• By completing a purchase, you confirm that: (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are the authorized cardholder or have obtained the cardholder’s explicit permission; (iii) charges will be honored by your payment provider; and (iv) you will pay all posted prices, including applicable shipping and taxes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to 30+ countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, and many more.

• All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
• Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

6. Subscribe & Save

We offer a Subscribe & Save option that delivers products automatically every 4 weeks at a discounted price.

• You can cancel, pause, or change the frequency of your subscription at any time via the subscription management link in your order confirmation email, or by emailing service@tgideas.net.
• To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation requests must be received at least 3 days before your next scheduled renewal date.
• If a renewal order has already been processed and shipped, that particular shipment cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, all future renewals will be stopped immediately upon your request.
• If you believe you were enrolled in a subscription unintentionally, contact us immediately. If confirmed, we will issue a full refund for the most recent charge and cancel future renewals.
