Where do I find my tracking number?

After your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Tgideas. You can also find it by logging into your account on our website.

My tracking number shows no results or "not found."

This is completely normal if your order was just shipped. It takes 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan and update tracking information in their system. Please try again after 2 days. If it still shows nothing after 3 business days, contact us and we will investigate immediately.

My package hasn’t moved in several days. Is it lost?

Not necessarily. International shipments can sometimes experience gaps in tracking updates, especially during customs clearance or transfer between carriers. This is common and usually resolves within a few days. If there are no updates for more than 7 business days, please reach out to us and we will file a trace with the carrier.

Tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive my package.

First, check with neighbors, your front desk, or any secure package area. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before the actual drop-off. If you still cannot locate it after 24 hours, please email us with your order number. Do not file a chargeback—we will work with the carrier and can arrange a re-shipment or refund.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by destination (after 1–3 business day processing):

🇦🇺 Australia 8–10 business days

Will I be charged customs fees or import duties?

No. Tgideas ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)—we absorb all import duties and taxes on your behalf. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes are only possible before your order has been shipped. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and new address. Once the package is in transit, we cannot redirect it.
